30 g (1 1/2oz) fresh or thawed blackcurrants, 180 ml (6fl oz) chilled fennel "tea" (made with 200ml hot water and 2 tsp fennel seeds, brewed for 10 minutes and then sieved), 2 tsp suger
How to Prepare :
METHOD Press the blackcurrants through a sieve, discarding the pulp that's left behind. Add the juice to the fennel tea, add the suger and stir. That's it !
