1.5kg whole chicken, 2 medium red capsicum (400g), 2 medium yellow capsicum (400g), honey glaze 1/2 cup (175g) honey, 1/4 cup (60m1) soy sauce, 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger, 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder |

| How to Prepare : |
|
Preheat oven to moderate. Place chicken in baking dish, brush with honey glaze; cover with greased foil. Bake in moderate oven 45 minutes. Cut capsicum into 3cm pieces, add to dish; bake, covered, 30 minutes. Remove foil; bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, brushing occasionally with pan juices during cooking. Serve chicken with capsicum and pan juices. Honey glaze Combine ingredients in small bowl.
